Cloud Delivery for Endava. He has a vast experience in different technologies and industries. Most of his time is spent working with the cloud, helping companies to innovate and finding solutions to their business problems.

He enjoys building bridges between people and helping others to grow. He shares his knowledge on his personal blog and at different events where he is invited as a speaker. In his spare time, he drives an IT community and he is also a Microsoft Regional Director and Microsoft Azure MVP.

Greetings to all #CloudMarathoner friends!

This week, we have a wonderful opportunity to learn from a number of different sessions by attending the Global Azure 2024 event. Yay!

Generally speaking, this event is a huge success as Microsoft community members all over the world are celebrating this occasion by submitting their session for acceptance. This year, I submitted my session with the Microsoft community in the USA, called GIMME CLOUD TALKS.

As a #CloudMarathoner we submitted one session with a title – “How to get started in your Microsoft Azure Architect learning journey?”

And as you may already know, it was accepted by one of the organizers. Wooho!!!

In this lightning talk, I shared bits and tips on how you could get started in your Cloud Architect journey. Namely, we focused on designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions exam objectives which is an important part of the AZ-305 exam.

By the end of the session, you should be well-informed on how to start your cloud learning journey and build toward your desired goal of becoming a Cloud Architect. As a complimentary bonus, I shared community created learning resources that will boost your knowledge, and help you get prepared for an important exam in 2024.

The Azure Spring Clean 2023 is an event that promotes well-managed Azure tenants. In order to achieve this goal, organizers encourage the cloud community professionals to create articles that highlight best-practices, and lessons learned, and help with some of the more difficult topics of Azure Management.

Learning infrastructure as code with Azure Bicep

Hello cloud marathoners!

I am very honored to prepare an Azure Bicep session for the Azure Dominicana meetup group and would like to thank Gregory for extending his invitation.

As you know, the Azure Bicep language brings a new Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) approach to managing your Azure resources in a clean way. In addition, we also have a classic ARM JSON template that is traditionally used to define Azure infrastructure resources in a declarative way. However, it is not easy to author and maintains ARM JSON templates when your project grows in complexity.

That is when Azure Bicep comes into play, to simplify the management of your infrastructure while re-using code. So, please join my session and I will explain to you how to start using Azure Bicep and easily manage your cloud infrastructure.
